User information: Returns

Returning our products is possible. The delivery of our products is handled with care. The goods are checked upon distribution and our transporter DPD will transport our products with utmost care. However, it is still possible that the goods will arrive damaged or not according your wishes.

Please check the goods upon arrival at your address. In case you would like to return the goods (for whatever reason), please contact us by telephone and we will supply further instructions (+31 13 711 37 31). You will receive a return ID which needs to be clearly indicated in or on the parcel.

Returned parcels without return ID cannot be accepted.

You have the possibility to terminate the agreement without cause during a period of 14 days. This term of 14 days will start the day you received the goods. During this period, you are ought to handle the product and packaging with care.

You will only use or unwrap the product to such extend that the usability can be determined.

The product can be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions supplied by us. In order to avoid transport damage, please make sure the goods you are returning are adequately packed.

All transport expenses of the returned parcel are on your account.

If the goods are already payed for, The Solution Shop will refund the value of the returned goods as soon as possible, at least within 30 days after the return shipment or revocation of the order. Only the returned goods will be refunded; the handling and freight charges will not be refunded.
