The Solution Shop provides the following payment methods:

MultiSafepay

This payment method allows you to choose from nearly all available online payment options (incl. credit card, and bank transfer). In the course of the order process, you can pay using your own EC or credit card. You pay with your customary online payment method based on your bank institute’s specific security procedures.

On account payment

This option is available on request. After approval of our credit insurance you can also order on account. For more information, please have a look at our terms and conditions

Paypal

Choosing this payment method you are directed to your customary Paypal environment.

Copy of Invoice

We always send our invoices by e-mail. However, if you need a printed copy of your invoice for business reasons, please contact us. Please don’t forget to state your order number, invoice number and address. We will send the copy to the invoice address you provided us with as quickly as possible. Please note that information provided on this copy cannot be changed or adjusted subsequently.
