Elastic is the solution to this problem. Elastic, also known as elastic cord, is ideal for binding diaries, files or pockets shut. We supply the cord-covered elastic either with two bars at the ends or in round bands. The great advantage of our elastic cord is that it is easy to fasten and attach. Tie a knot at the end to attach it to your folder. We also make it entirely to measure.
